Robot Repair Technician and Community Advocate

Job Title: Robot Repair Technician and Community Advocate

Location: Oklahoma - Greater Little Rock Area

Job Description

As a Robot Repair Technician and Community Advocate with Bossa Nova you will be tasked with running our store robot and ensuring it's run daily.  You will ensure proper operation and report on events in the store. You will also perform demonstrations for leadership as necessary. Your responsibilities will also include traveling to stores in your area to troubleshoot and repair Robots.  Logical troubleshooting experience will be critical in this role. You will need to have good people and analytical skills in order to quickly communicate both issues and insights with Operations and Business teams.. You must be familiar with the product, strategy, and customer's business in order to communicate this effectively. Must be willing to travel on a semi-regular basis to observe and  report back to the team on Robot activities and perform required repairs.


  • Robot operation
  • Community Advocate helping the public accept robots
  • Maintain best practices for data collection and analysis
  • Troubleshoot and repair Robots in your assigned area
  • Create and help streamline processes that provide accurate insights to drive business decisions
  • Perform ground-truth assessment for internal and business readiness tests
  • Assist in gathering of statistical information to include in customer and internal status reports
  • Create and execute a positive introduction experience process for employees at customer locations

Education and Experience:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years mechanical or electrical repair experience,
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds up to 4 feet high
