Job Title: Service Analyst/Planner
Location: Bentonville, AR
As a Service Analyst with Bossa Nova you will be responsible for supporting the Service Area Managers in the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities (scheduled and un-scheduled) across multiple customer accounts. You will use multiple software systems such as SalesForce, Microsoft Office and G-Suite. You will support the reporting of maintenance metrics and Service Level Agreement metrics to several cross-functional teams and assist in driving key quality and reliability business metrics.
