Position: Customer Success Engineer

Bossa Nova Robotics (BNR) is in search of a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) reporting to the Director, Client Delivery. The CSE role is a customer facing technical role responsible for driving the success of both Bossa Nova and the customer by developing expertise in the data produced by Bossa Nova and the usage of those data products by the customer.
As a customer facing engineer, the CSE is responsible for developing relationships with the customer’s engineering teams, providing insights into the customer’s usage of Bossa Nova data products, and advocating for Bossa Nova solutions within the customer environment. A successful CSE combines technical strength, high ownership, and an understanding of retail technology and operations, enabling him/her to deliver value to both Bossa Nova and the customer.
